The mission of Crystal Fire Department is to minimize the loss of life and property resulting from fires, medical emergencies, man-made and natural disasters.

Crystal Fire Department will accomplish its mission through prevention, education, fire suppression, medical services, code enforcement, rescue and other related emergency and non-emergency activities.  It will actively participate in the community, serve as a role model and strive to effectively utilize all of the resources at its command to provide a service deemed excellent by its citizens.

Crystal Fire Department, or more specifically, Crystal Fire Protection District #24, was formed under ACT 35 and is an extension of the government of Pulaski County.
